The team was started by Doreen Courtright, who worked as a music business executive for 25 years. Her husband, Hernando, also from the music business, joined in 2009. From there it has grown to include Max Ben-David, John Herbst, Nancy Clapp, Kristen Rylander and Johanna Rubbert. Each one of these seasoned agents come from interesting backgrounds and have neighborhoods or types of properties that they specialize in.

Doreen has hand-picked each team member to fit with the ethics and culture that she feels is important to The Courtright Team.
